Sin is sin

Today I want to address something that I feel we must all take note of, and that includes me.

How far is too far?

I received an email today about a South African comedian, who has a very foul mouth, like 99% of all comedians does, and like them this one too is no child of the King, no matter what they say or do, they are not saved.

The writer of this email was upset, now hear me, she admits his language is vulgar and that she did enjoy some of his previous shows, and that she actually bought tickets to go and watch this guy's show knowing that he is vulgar and expletive in his language, like all comedians and especially stand up comedians, this guy has been using the lord’s Name to entertain people, nothing new there.

So she had send him an email because he uses the Lord's Name but also because the way he sweared, talking about woman's private's etc unsettled her.

Now my question is it is ok if he is a little bit foul mouthed, and if he uses God's name just a little bit, and I bet you the author of the email herself also uses the Lord's Name allot.

Where do we draw the line?

Isn't it true that sin is sin?
Is a big sin greater than a small sin?

The fact is, sin is sin, and is viewed by God as sin, whether it is big or small, sin is sin.

How can you judge someone, while admitting that you enjoyed his shows, knowing very well that he is vulgar? How can you attack him about his vulgar language, while you yourself uses swear words, and I am not even talking about your language when you are drunk, then the comedians language doesn't even match yours.

You see when we live in sin, we are aware of the sin that everybody else does, we will point out and judge, because then I am not judging myself.

Judgment starts with us, ask yourself how holy is your life, how righteous are you, how full of sin are your lives.

before you send out an email about someone else’s conduct, first take the pole from your own eye, change your language, become a truly born again Christian, committed unto Christ, Mind souls, spirit and body, then you can judge.

We are quick to judge, quick to send emails.

STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now ask yourself the following

Am I living a life that is spotless, without spot or wrinkle?
1. Do I judge people?
2. Do I smoke?
3. Do I drink?
4. Do I Swear or cuss?
5. Do I look at woman desiring them?
6. Do I Lie?
7. Do I hate my brother, sister or any person for that matter?
8. Do I watch films and movies with expletive content, or visit expletive sites on the net?
9. Do I cheat on my wife, my husband, in my exams?
10. Do I desire or lust after another man/woman?

If you have answered yes to any of the above points, you have no right to judge any person, because you yourself are still a sinner

Scripture tells us that we all have fallen short of the glory of God, no one is perfect, Please stop acting like you are, stop acting like your life is a model for others, your life is what you do when no one else is around, stop pretending to stand up for Jesus, you and I both know that you don't go to church on Sundays, you don't pray all the time, stop lying to yourself.

Come to the realization that sin is sin, and that I must rid myself of all sin, I must live a life that is spotless, without spot or wrinkle, It is time that we get serious about God, and Jesus Christ, it is time that we stop sending out trash, garbage, spam, about how much you love Jesus, and oh how sweat things are.

Get on your knees, like I am about to do, and confess your sins, and ask Jesus to forgive you for being such a hypocrite, ask Him to reveal Himself unto you, meet with Him, come in a real relationship with Him, and stop doing that which you are doing, that is not of Him.

I am going on my knees with this post, confessing that I too have sinned and have fallen short of His Glory, but I know that My God is faithfull to forgive me of my sins, and to cleanse me from my unrighteousnes

Church, Christians, people of the world, Repent for the kingdom of God is at hand
